Five Polish Universities in Cyprus. Meetings in Paphos, Limassol, and Nicosia
Representatives of five Polish universities will participate in an education fair in Cyprus from October 14th to 16th. Those interested in studying in Poland will be able to meet with them in Paphos, Limassol, and Nicosia, learn about their educational offerings, and inquire about admissions procedures. Admission to the events is free.
The Medical University of Lodz, Poznań University of Medical Sciences, Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Kozminski University, and the University of Wrocław have announced their participation. This is an opportunity for both Cypriot candidates and young Poles living on the island who are considering studying in Poland.

The announcement sent listed five universities:
- Medical University of Lodz — Medical University of Lodz, represented in the announcement by the Division of Studies in English;
- Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznań — Poznań University of Medical Sciences;
- Warsaw University of Life Sciences — Warsaw University of Life Sciences;
- Leon Kozminski Academy — Kozminski University;
- University of Wrocław — University of Wroclaw.
During the interviews, you'll be able to ask about available programs, the language of instruction, requirements for applicants, and the application process. Those interested in studying in English should check the specific program's offerings—just because a university is present at the fair doesn't mean that all its programs are offered in English.

The fair is organized by StudyNet Academic ConsultantsThis will be the fourth time the event has been held in Paphos. The school has announced that over 90 universities from 14 countries will participate and emphasizes that the invitation also extends to students from outside the school and their families.
Polish universities will therefore be part of a broader international offering. Visitors will be able to compare educational opportunities in different countries, discuss admission requirements, and learn more about undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
For families living in Cyprus, such a meeting can be a good start to planning their future education. Instead of relying solely on online descriptions, you can ask questions directly to university representatives.
What is worth asking before choosing a course of study?
Before your visit, it's worth preparing a short list of questions. Besides the direction itself, important questions include: tuition fees, accommodation costs, recruitment dates and required documents.
Students graduating from a school in Cyprus should inquire about what certificates and exam results are accepted and whether translations or additional formalities will be required. For English-language programs, it's worth determining the required language level and how it will be certified.
Another good question is whether the university offers student housing, support for incoming international students, and the possibility of applying for scholarships. Specific answers will help you compare offers and prepare a budget.
Meeting at the fair does not oblige you to choose a university. You can also come if the decision about the field of study or country of study has not yet been made.
