The maximum amount depends on the outcome of the work performed. Both options require a reduction in consumption. primary energy by at least 60 percent
This doesn't automatically mean a 60% reduction in bills. Savings will be determined based on the building's energy performance before and after the investment.
| Variant | Maximum subsidy | Required effect |
|---|---|---|
| Type A | 32,000 euros | Nearly zero energy building standard with a minimum of 60% primary energy savings. |
| Type B | 24,000 euros | Minimum 60% primary energy savings, without the requirement to achieve the nearly zero-energy building standard. |
The amounts provided are upper limits, not a uniform payout for every owner. The amount of support depends on the investments selected and the rates specified in the program guide.
Preferential conditions are provided for recipients belonging to particularly vulnerable groups, houses in mountainous areas and properties in settlements for displaced persons.
