United Street Festival in Nicosia. Two days of music, art, and street food.

Eleftheria Square in Nicosia will be transformed this weekend into a space for concerts, art, and urban culture. The third edition of the United Street Festival will take place on Saturday and Sunday, September 12 and 13, 2026.

The program includes concerts by Cilia Katrali and Papazó, DJ performances, over 40 local artists and designers, Cypriot brands, and a street food zone. Tickets are €10 in advance, with tickets available at the door from €12 to €15.

Music all weekend long

Saturday's musical portion will be opened by artists associated with Triple Four & Instant Soup Consortium. This Cypriot project brings together independent artists, rappers, producers, and musicians.

One of the highlights of the program will be a concert by Cilia Katrali. The artist, whose popularity rose thanks to her song "Vanilia," among other things, will perform in Nicosia with her band.

Later, Manik Mike, a fixture in the Cypriot electronic music scene, will take the stage. Saturday evening will conclude with an afterparty.

Triple Four & Instant Soup Consortium will return to the stage on Sunday. The main event will be a performance by the full Papazó band. The artist returns to United Street Festival after last year's concert, this time with his band and Artemis Kyriakopoulou.

The weekend will culminate in Sunday Reunion with DJ Maria N. The organizers promise a musical journey through hits from the 80s, 90s and the first decade of the 21st century.

Over 40 local artists

The United Street Festival isn't just about concerts. A city market will be set up on the lower level of Eleftheria Square, showcasing the work of over 40 local artists, designers, craftspeople, and small Cypriot brands.

At the stands you will find, among others:

• handmade items,
• art and illustrations,
• lifestyle products,
• products by local designers.

The lower level of the square is covered and will be specially prepared for the event.

Street food, cocktails and Cypriot beer

A food court will be an integral part of the festival. Organizers promise selected street food offerings, sweets, cocktails, sangria, and chilled beer.

The United Street Festival combines a concert with a city market and a meeting point. This means you can come not only to see a specific artist perform, but also see products from local artists and enjoy an evening in the heart of Nicosia.

How to get to Eleftheria Square?

Eleftheria Square is located in the heart of Nicosia, near the old city walls and Ledra Street. Those arriving by car should consider heavier traffic and limited parking in the area.

Public transport is available from other parts of Nicosia. If returning late in the evening, it's worth checking the time of the last bus.
