Krzysztof Skiba combined rest with work in Cyprus. In September 2024, the artist showed off his stay on the island on his social media, visiting, among other places, the Adonis Baths near Paphos, and a few days later he appeared in front of the Polish audience during his own performance.

At the end of September 2024, photos from Cyprus began to appear on Krzysztof Skiba's profile.
The artist stayed on the island with his wife Karolina. However, they didn't limit themselves to the hotel or the beach. One of the places they showed was Adonis' Baths, a popular attraction located in the Paphos area.
Skiba published photos taken at a waterfall and in a natural pool, joking that during the Cypriot heatwave, such a swim is the best option.
The post quickly caught the attention of Polish entertainment portals. Pudelek, Jastrząb Post, and "Super Express" among others wrote about the couple's stay in Cyprus.
Baths of Adonis near Paphos
The place chosen by Skiba is one of the most characteristic attractions of the western part of Cyprus.
The Baths of Adonis are located inland, near Paphos. The complex's most recognizable feature is a waterfall cascading into a natural pool surrounded by greenery.
It was there that a series of photographs was created, which the artist shared with his followers.
Polish media quickly picked up on the publication. On September 27th, Pudelek wrote about Skiba's Cypriot trip, and a day later, the topic appeared in newspapers such as Jastrząb Post and Super Express.
However, there was another part to this stay.
Skiba did not come to Cyprus just to rest.
From vacation straight to the stage in Paphos
On September 28, Krzysztof Skiba had completely different plans.
He performed in the evening at a club in Paphos. Information about the planned show was then provided by "Super Express", describing the artist's Cypriot stay.
This changes the character of the entire visit.
On the one hand, there were tourist spots, relaxation, and photographs posted on social media. On the other, there was a meeting with the audience and a live performance.
The photo we sent from Paphos shows the other side of the experience. Instead of a waterfall and a holiday landscape, we have a microphone, a stage, and an audience seated in front of the artist.
This is a much more interesting story than the usual "famous Pole spends his holidays in Cyprus."
Skiba Show instead of Big Cyc's concert
Krzysztof Skiba has been active for years not only as the vocalist of Big Cyc.
He also hosts his own performances, author meet-and-greets, and comedy shows. His solo format is listed on the artist's official website as Skiba Show.
Skiba himself, in one of the summaries of his activities, also wrote about the performances of his comedy program in Cyprus and ItalyThis indicates that the professional presence on the island was not limited to just one evening in September 2024.
Cyprus therefore appeared on his calendar both privately and professionally.
Polish show business was quickly noticed by Cyprus
Skiba's stay is also interesting because it gave the island considerable exposure in the Polish media.
First there were his own publications.
Later, major entertainment portals began reprinting photos and information about their stay. Pudelek focused primarily on the visit to the Adonis Baths. Jastrząb Post also described photos from under the waterfall. "Super Express" added the most important detail from our perspective: information about a performance scheduled for September 28th in Paphos.
As a result, for several days Cyprus appeared in publications about one of the most recognizable Polish artists and satirists.
And it wasn't just an anonymous holiday backdrop.
Specific places appeared: Paphos and the Baths of Adonis.

Moreover, his official website confirms that performances in Cyprus also appeared in his earlier professional activities.
